01 | Discovery & Planning
We start with a conversation to get to know your property, your guests, and your goals. Together, we'll review your current content, identify opportunities for improvement, and discuss how we can help. Based on this, we'll create a clear plan for the project.

02 | Proposal & Preparation
After our call, you'll receive a custom proposal tailored to your property. This includes the scope of the shoot, content deliverables, timeline, shot list, and pricing. Once approved, we'll prepare everything needed for the shoot day

03 | The Shoot
We arrive on location with a clear plan and shot list. For overnight shoots, we'll spend time experiencing the property as a guest would before we start capturing content. Throughout the shoot, we focus on creating imagery and video that reflects the experience your property offers.

04 | Editing & Delivery
Within 7 days, you'll receive a curated gallery to review and select your favorites. After receiving your feedback, we'll complete the final edits and deliver the finished images and video content within 14 days, ready to use across your website, OTAs, and social media.
